MapInfo Pro

I'm trying to find a way to print a large format wall map for display purposes in a file format that can be exported to a print house with a large format printer.  

The layout created is at the scale I need (1:5,000) with a frame size of width 2000mm x height 800mm.

If I remembering correctly, previous 32bit versions of MapInfo used to allow a custom page which the 64bit version doesn't.  Although there is a custom option in the page selection the final version default to A4. 

So far all the options I have tried have failed.
