I have a flow that has been working fine, but needed a tweak. I noticed that the Fixed Format File node i was using is deprecated .. so I tossed the new one, copied the field list over.. and ran it. Errors.

No matter what I do.. this keeps telling me I have too many commas??

I found that if I put : between the fields instead of a new line it works.. but this has 148 fields! I am not going to put colons between every field.. much to hard to find and change anything - is there a fix to this or do I just need to keep using the old node?

Perhaps notepad++ regular expression search and replace? (/n to :)

Hi Geoff,

I have reproduced the issue you reported.

The node should permit you to enter the field definitions on separate lines (as noted in the node help). I believe this is a bug and have forwarded the information to the Engineering team for review. For now I would suggest you continue to use the deprecated node
