The sign-up issue has been fixed. You can now sign up for the services as access to the MapInfo Marketplace again via the Service tab on the Backstage (the Pro tab)

How do new users sign up for a MapInfo account for Marketplace, DriveTime, etc? The Sign Up button under Services redirects from https://signup.saas.precisely.com/signup/mipro to https://www.precisely.com/contact which seems to be for Sales and I can't see any other obvious method.
