    Issue addressed in this patch.

    1)   Corrected issue where POSTRC, position 8 - 10 was Posting only 8 Bytes instead of the full 13 bytes.

    2)   Corrected issue where Customer reference number from RECPNT pos. 22 - 24 does not populate SSF file if pos. 29 - 31 of RECPNT is not used.

    3)   Corrected issue where Marketing Mail Letters (Non-Profit and Regular) AADC Nonautomation Machinable (3602-R, 3602-N line B5) was not correctly calculating the SCF Pallet Discount
