Hi Mehmet,
The Free version of the Data360 Analyze Desktop product is intended to allow prospective customers to investigate the capabilities of the application in their own timeframe. The Free version provides access to the core functionality of the product but does however come with some restrictions on it's use. The software license restricts the operation of the software to machines that have limited CPU capacity - namely a maximum of six CPU cores. So the indication you received is not an error as such as it is the intended operation in this situation.
You may want to try installing the Data360 Analyze software inside a VM that has a maximum of six allocated CPU cores. However whether this would work depends on the virtualization infrastructure you utilize as the VM would need to appear to have only the allocated number of CPUs as detected by the licensing subsystem.
If you are intending running production workloads on the Analyze system then you should consider contacting Precisely Sales or your account manager to purchase a suitable software license. Note the Free version is only intended for use on a Windows Desktop/Laptop machine and not on a Server.

Subject: License is limited to 6 CPU cores
Hello,
I am using the free version of data360. I installed it on a new computer.
The license is limited to 6 CPU cores, but 14 cores were detected on the Data360 Analysis server. I received an error, how can I fix it?
thank you
