    I've just started getting the below error message today. We've had Active Directory authentication in place for approx 2+ months now so I'm trying to determine whether this is on the app server or LDAP end.

    nested exception is javax.naming.PartialResultException [Root exception is javax.naming.AuthenticationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 8 - 00002028: LdapErr: DSID-0C090259, comment: The server requires binds to turn on integrity checking if SSL\TLS are not already active on the connection, data 0, v4563]]

    I didn't see this specific message while searching the forum.

    The error indicates that: the settings of your LDAP Server have been changed to require all LDAP authentication to be secured with SSL; or a non-default domain policy has been set in Active Directory that enforces all LDAP authentication to be secured with SSL.
