Hello. I am having the same issue. here are the screenshots requested.
The recording modes of Standard and Batch are not able to differentiate line 49 and 51 and the behavior is that the script always populates the "last" text fiend in the screen even if it is not the one I recorded...so it finds the last field in the screen named "text_field_value" and populates it even if I didn't record it.

Am not an expert in Fiori CFL.
I'm assuming this means you added custom fields to a Fiori app. Would you like to consider trying the Fiori Automation Beta? It's in round 2 of BETA, but GA isn't planned until some time next year. And I thought that sales order Fiori apps were really GUI for HTML apps.
In the interim, what do these fields look like in VA01/2? Is it one long field where characters 1-10 are field 1, 11-16 are field2 - or something like that? I'm trying to understand why would you need to use GUI scripting? Can you include a screen shot or two of what you're trying to do with those custom fields?

As part of our S/4 implementation we extended VBAK and VBAP using Fiori CFL, unfortunately as the fields created thru CFL are having the same field names CFD_SAP_GUI_UI_FIELDS-TEXT_FIELD_VALUE.
I created the Winshuttle script using GUI Scripting but like to understand if there is any better option available.
