I believe that is correct and prior emails look like below. From our experience, not all patches are announced. After opening a work order with Precisely, there have been a couple of times that we needed to install patches to resolve issues that were not communicated due to a small number of impacted customers. Maybe this has changed, but as a result we do check the Precisely site for available patches when troubleshooting or before opening a work order.

Subject: How can I be alerted for new Spectrum Patches
Thanks Heidi-
It seems there are no "communities" for Spectrum Announcments. There is only one communitiy called 'Spectrum Technology Platform'.
Should this one be used for Spectrum Product Announcments?
Thanks,
Tom

Subject: How can I be alerted for new Spectrum Patches
Hello-
We recently found that we lacked a number of patches for our Spectrum application and I would like to be communicated with whenever there are new patches that are to be applied.
Does anyone know how to subscribe to recieve alerts for those patches?
Thanks,
Tom
