I have created an Evolve form for a credit adjustment process that includes an approval workflow. One issue we are having is that when the new sales document is created in SAP, it is showing the user ID of the person who approved the adjustment. We would like SAP to show the User ID of the person who submitted the initial request, not who approved it.
I seem to recall that it might have been a matter of changing some administrative setting in Evolve but I can't find my notes on it and then I'm second guessing myself, did I just dream that??
I was going to attach a copy of the form, but for some reason the +Add Attachment isn't allowing me to so am hoping you don't need it to answer this question.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
May I ask how the post is being made to SAP? Is someone clicking a button to post, or is it run in the background by the workflow via a plugin?
If a button - whoever pushes that button, it will look up their SAP credentials and use those to post. Does the submitter do that?
If a plugin, you can put the plugin in the submitter's swimlane, and it will lookup their credentials to post.
