Data360 DQ+ 11.1.0 - UAT Release Announcement US/UK/AU/EU
An update will be applied to the following UAT environments on Friday, June 07th, 2024, according to the following schedule:
- US UAT environment upgrade on June 07th @3:00 PM CT
- EU/UK/AU UAT environments upgrade on June 07th @2:00 PM CT
Please note that this product release is currently only available to Data360 DQ+ SaaS customers. Any data changes made in the UAT environment cannot be migrated until PROD is upgraded to the same version.
New in this release
Power User access to the Executions Menu
This release introduces the enhancement to the existing Power User role, giving them the ability to view executions in their permitted stages without having administrator access to see all stages' executions. As different teams use the platform with their own stage permissions, this role enhances the efficiency of monitoring jobs only relevant to their team.
'Started By' column on the Execution Screen
A new column "Started By' is added on the Executions page. This new column will contain the user ID of the user who manually started the execution. This will make it easier for users to collaborate on resolving issues related to the operation of the Analysis.
Streaming Join node advanced configuration
This release enhances the streaming join node, where users can now define more advanced join criteria, such as "outer joins" with timestamp ranges on watermark fields.
Other Upgrades
A few additional upgrades include:
- More meaningful names of the extracts. The name of the exported files from the Dashboard will be now more meaningful. The system now generates downloaded file names with more identifying information. This helps users quickly identify the right downloaded file..
- Ability to rename columns directly in the dashboard.
- Editing a case will now follow the approval cycle. The definition of a case store state within its workflow now includes an option to prevent the editing of a case in that state. This allows the case store designer to better ensure compliance with workflow approvals and verification of values.
- Case assignment for a manually created case. While creating a case, the user who is initiating the case can now choose to assign it to themselves. Previously manually created cases were not assigned to an owner and the "Assign to" field used to be blank.
