Data360 DQ+ 11.0 - PROD Release Announcement US/UK/AU/EU
An update will be applied to the following PROD environments on Saturday, May 11th, 2024, according to the following schedule:
New in this release
Duplicate a Case
You can now create a new case by duplicating an existing case, decreasing time to create new cases with similar exceptions.
Add Notes to a Case
You can now add, edit, and reply-to notes within a case without edit access, allowing you to add observations to a case even when you don't have access to it. This can be controlled by a setting in the edit restrictions tab of the case store definition.
Environment Manager User Role
A new Environment Manager role has been added that will have restricted admin capabilities. This new role will be assigned environment groups and can access schedules and execution pages without access to actual data.
Audit Trail Search Filter
You can now filter the audit trail by environment type, object name, and object type.
Specify Import and Export Criteria
When selecting high-level items to import/export, you can now select only the items you want to export or import. Additionally, you now have the option to include items that are referenced by selected items, ensuring you import/export all relevant data.
Two New Analysis Save Options
Previously, when multiple users were working on the same analysis, only one user could save changes. With DQ+ 11.0, there are two additional options when saving an analysis: "Save Definition Only As" and "Save Definition and Data As". Now, when multiple users are simultaneously working on the same analysis, a user can save their changes as a new analysis without losing their work.
Other Upgrades
A few additional upgrades include:
- Custom date range is now added on to the Execution and Audit Trail screen. This will allow you to filter the record between a given date range
- Usability of Group by Aggregation and Compute field definition dialog is improved
- Item ID and Alternate ID is added to the Settings dialog on the Pipeline page and Environment ID is added to the Environments page
