Joe,
The square brackets are only needed when referencing the snapshot table view for that repository in SQL queries. For Change Notification, the ChangeNotificationTrigger needs to be configured for the repository in the <repository> -> Edit -> Trigger Properties menu option/screen from the Content feature in the Classic UI..
Depending upon the version of EnterWorks being used, it may be necessary to also define the trigger in the sharedConfig.properties files (if the Allow External Triggers advanced option for imports is not enabled).
To verify whether the event handler is invoking the Change Notification trigger, please check the Enterworks.properties file for EnableServerTomcat service and make sure the property debug.ChangeNotificationEnabled is set to true. If it is false or not defined, then the only Change Notification Trigger messages that will be logged will be if there are processing errors.

Subject: Correct way to reference repository with space in name in SharedConfig.properties file for CN?
We have a repository that was created with a space in the name.
The CNs are not firing for that repository.
Will square brackets do what I think or is something other than SQL reading it?
Thanks for any insights!
