I am trying to understand product support end-of-life dates for Connect ETL but I am unable to locate this anywhere in the documentation. Are there published support end-of-life dates for the Precisely Connect ETL product? Although best practice is to remain current with the latest software, I am looking to understand if I need to maintain a minimum software version of this product to continue to receive support.
The answer I received from Support is that there are no 'published' EOL dates but it seems hard to believe that any version of this software would be supported indefinitely.
