SQData 4.1.48 – New Release Available
We are happy to announce SQData 4.1.48 is now generally available!
Highlights of this release include:
DB2z capture/publisher (SQDDB2C):
- Provide a command-line argument for DB2z capture to override the internal default
ccsid
used when a tablespace catalog entry does not have one. The internal defaults based on encoding type are 037 for EBCDIC, 1208 for Unicode, and 819 for ASCII. Currently, only one ccsid
override may be specified. It will be used for any missing ccsid
regardless of encoding type.
Apply (SQDENG/SQDATA) Engine:
- Support the AT-TLS ResetCipherTimer parameter on TLS connections between z/OS and Linux.
- Add a new Boolean engine function ISREFRESH( ) to identify CDC records originating from a DB2z dynamic refresh request or an IMS Unload.
IMS Log Capture (SQDIMSC) and Unload Utility (SQDIMSU):
- New
--route=segment
command line argument provides Publisher routing by segment name for IMS records produced by the IMS log capture and the IMS Unload Utility.
z/OS CDCzLog Publisher (SQDZLOGC):
- Support segment routing for Log Capture (SQDIMSC) and IMS Unload Utility (SQDIMSU).
Note: An Apply Engine bug in versions 4.1.42 through 4.1.47 halts reporting of ACKs to the publisher after UOW completion to asynchronous target data stores. See Release Notes for more information. Affected customers should upgrade to V4.1.48.
