  • 1.  Can I change the host name to reinstall the license in another PC?

    I need to reinstall one of my seats (we have 4 with the same key) in another PC, but I do not how/where to manage the license.
    Also, I would like to update the version, but seems no longer works the download page. Can anybody share the right link please?

    Hi Rafa,
    We got the new Analyze software from here - https://data.precisely.com/software/product-details/data360-analyze
    Also, to install the license on a different server we had to raise a support ticket and fill in a form.

    Thanks Annie, I already have the new version in my new PC. I had to change the host name to have the same I had in the last one, and now it works fine.
    I'll open a ticket if I need it, but at the moment I have what I need.
