    Replication issue in Assure QuickEDD versions 24.02.27, 24.04.23, and 24.06.18

    Technical Alert

    Precisely has identified a replication issue in Assure QuickEDD versions 24.02.27, 24.04.23, and 24.06.18. This issue impacts the replication process when files contain NULL values, LOB (Large Object) columns, or are journaled using MINENTDTA (Minimum Entry Data).

    Action to take

    • Upgrade to the latest 24.07.16 Service Pack (Assure_QuickEDD-Installer_Assure_QuickEDD-HA_QuickEDD-HA-TOOLS_V240716_1410.zip) posted on July 16, 2024, available here.
    • After upgrading, please run the Verify process to fix any files that may have been impacted by this issue.
