When defining a new field, it is currently possible to add a URL. The standard way is not to define a role as a field in a data asset, but to define a responsibility and set a relation between the responsibility and the data asset. In our use case, we have defined some system fields that represent a function or role. In that case, we have decided not to define a responsibility but a field in the data asset. The difficulty arises when you add an email address as a field value, as the characters . and @ disturb the search results in the home search function. There is an option to define that field as a URL. Would it be possible to add an option to configure an email as a second option? What does the community think about this idea? It is not a big change but will add a useful function.
