Hmm looks like something was not exeuted fully with the WFM install in your instance B.
You can simply add the entries in the table to match your instance A Or you could try re-installing the WFM with the help of your BASIS team..
Please create a support ticket for further guidance on installation steps.

Please compare the entries in this table in both systems: /WINSHTLQ/LTXMAP
This is Winshuttle specific customizing that is part of the "Add Long Text" functionality in the WFM.
You should see entries for your Tcodes and specific long text objects included.

Hi, we have multiple ECC instances corresponding to different business units.
For 1 of the ECC instances (let's call it instance A), we're able to use "Add Long Text" (see below image in which the list of available long text fields show up - I tried in MM02 and ME22N):
But for the other ECC instance (instance B), below error comes up upon clicking "Add Long Text" (I tried in MM02 and ME22N, and the same error) - "long text objects not available":
Could something be missing or needs to be configured for ECC instance B? We're using WFM AutomateFM 20.3.1 for both ECC instances (I did double check via this guide) and Studio 20.3.1 (64 bit).
Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to determine root cause for above issue and possible further investigation or resolution steps. Thank you !
