Hi Rex
Maybe some of your settings makes the processing take longer than expected?
I just tried calculating 3 drivetime zones (10, 20 and 40 minutes) around 16 points.
That took 109 seconds to complete.
Performing a similar process but with smaller zones (5, 10 an 15 minutes) took only 44 seconds.
The settings for
Complexity and
Off-Road Travel Limit can also affect the time.
MapInfo Pro should break the data into smaller batches and not pass too many points to the service at one time. This can be controlled through the
Web Service Preference for
Routing. Here you can also control the
Timeout Values.

Subject: Drive Time Regions Limits
I have had issues with generating drive time regions for more than just a few table items (usually 10 or so). It appears that I get a time out error. Even as a workaround, there also are issues with appending the 10+ regions to the same table. Is there a limit or way to get around (and would it be different with v2021). Thanks
