- Does this happen every time you start MapInfo Pro or intermittently?
- Has it always happened since the application was installed or only started recently?
- After you click OK does MapInfo Pro proceed to load without further error?
It's likely this is related to an MBX that is being loaded, can you try turning off all MBX's so they don't autoload and then stop/restart to confirm that this is the source?
