Add custom scale option in pdf printing

    Hi

    We give our end users the option to print pdfs of maps in our public website maps page. When printing a pdf users get the option, in the scale dropdown, to enter a custom scale but if they enter a value it is immediately replaced by the pre-populated value for the zoom level so it effectively doesn't work. Can it be enabled or is it not working because it is constrained by the zoom level? If so, is there a workaround?
