You are very helpful. you show information I did not not know before, and I learned much from you from previous support.
But, actually, I may be wrong, I checked similar problem with
Kieran McGowan, and he has shown me similar way of yours about brand.css file. I follow his instructions and yours carefully, and I failed.
The version I use Spectrum 2020. I may miss something or did something wrong.
Also, I changed the file name for both default and current one. I refreshed the SSA, and the pink colour still there working normal.
For this reason, I thought I may need to search somewhere else, and I may be wrong.

Most of the changes are in the css files found in C:\Program Files\[Pitney Bowes]\SpectrumSpatialAnalyst\customerconfigurations\analyst\theme\banner\default\banner.css for the top bar and C:\Program Files\[Pitney Bowes]\SpectrumSpatialAnalyst\customerconfigurations\analyst\theme\branding\default\brand.css

You have to go through and update the color codes like below. VB Editor is good as it shows the color.
Unfortunately some are in hex and others are in RGB so you have to find/replace both and you can use any color code generator like Eye Dropper for this
The only 3 things I have not been able to change are in the screen grab below and actually logged in here today to ask this question! So I figured I'd half answer yours and hopefully someone will complete this answer.
Where is the color swatch for the Infotemplate title backgrounds, layer toggle and label toggle?
