Am not 100% sure I understand what you are looking for. Studio will allow you to build in formulas, and you can also do that in Foundation in web-based forms.
If you can please explain a little more about what you're trying to do, we can guide you to the correct product, and perhaps have someone speak to you about the product capabilities, typical ROI and pricing.

I've been introduced to a Winshuttle program that can help to make end-user formulas. I think it was designer; Query or something like that?
I think it could be smart to make formulas for a lot of SAP transaction, where the end-user don't touch on a regular basis; such as master data change notifications; orders (PO / SO); creation of material etc.
What is the cost for this type of Winshuttle?
Do you have any experience on the savings?
