MapInfo Pro

Hi there, 

I am trying to get open source Street layers from Bolivia to run into Mapinfo Route Finder.

(There is not  Mapinfo StreetPro network coverage for that country)

Does anybody knows how to get thouse files in a Mapinfo "friendly" vector format,
