    [UPDATE] The issue has been resolved and the online documentation is now available from within Spectrum for all versions and languages. Thank you for your patience.

    Hi everyone,
    We are experiencing a technical disruption that is preventing access to our product web help documentation from within Spectrum. (For example, clicking "Help" from the Management Console displays a "service temporarily unavailable" message.)

    We are working to resolve the issue and will update this post when the application links are working again.  In the meantime, please use the Spectrum Technology Platform's Support page to access any version or language of the online Help system.
