Spectrum Services Heath Check

    I looking for a way to perform a health check on a Spectrum service I have exposed. The "utility" will need to run every 5 minutes to see if the service is responding.  If there is no response I'd like to be notified. This is to head off any issues with a service being unavailable for reason and proactively investigate.
