    Minimum supported EngageOne® Generate Operating Systems (O/S) levels for Linux (x64) and SUN/Oracle Solaris (SPARC) O/S are changing from 31st May 2020.

    The following older operating system levels will no longer be supported by EngageOne Generate from 31st May 2020 and
    will be replaced by the current vendor supported level shown below.

    RHEL 6.10 - including all previous RHEL 6.x - support ends 

    Replaced by RHEL 7.7 onwards


    RHEL  7.x up to and including 7.6  - support ends

    Replaced by RHEL 7.7 onwards


    CentOS  6.10  - Including all previous CentOS 6.x -  support ends

    Replaced by CentOS 7.7 onwards

    CentOS  7.x up to and including 7.6   - support ends

    Replaced by CentOS 7.7 onwards


    Oracle Linux 7.x up to and including 7.6   - support ends

    Replaced by Oracle Linux 7.7 onwards

    Suse Linux 11 (x64)  SP1 - SP4   - support ends

    Replaced by Suse Linux 12 (x64) onwards


    SUN / Oracle Solaris 10.x (SPARC) - support ends

    Replaced by Oracle Solaris 11.x (SPARC) onwards


    Recommended actions for EngageOne Generate users (including EngageOne Server) of above O/S levels
    Although you may continue to use the earlier operating system levels for existing EngageOne Generate releases, support for these, including product fixes, will no longer be available from the 31st May 2020.

    We therefore recommend your earliest migration to the current vendor supported levels listed above.
