    We are happy to personally share with our Community members that today Pitney Bowes is announcing new capabilities to EngageOne Video, EngageOne Converse and EngageOne Communicate – all part of our globally award-winning portfolio of Customer Experience Cloud Solutions.

    Many of you will be receiving communications detailing some of the enhancements that have been made to these products. What you may not know, is that the communication itself was created using EngageOne Communicate, with its simple, easy to use, WYSIWYG interface!

    All three products can be fully integrated into your existing EngageOne Solutions to enhance your full customer communication and engagement strategy.

    EngageOne® Video

    New interface capabilities put the power of video creation in the hands of the business user, complementing our existing award-winning professional capabilities for advanced video experiences. It's simple and easy to use to create personalized, data-driven and interactive videos in minutes without the need for extensive training, additional creative or IT assistance. Advanced analytics and text to speech capabilities enable hyper personalization and further enhance the new EOV 3.0.

    EngageOne® Converse

    The new Natural Language Processing (NLP) and live takeover capabilities in EngageOne Converse 2.1 ensure you are giving your customers the convenience to interact how they choose, while still having the ability to engage live 1-to-1 when necessary to speed customers to the resolutions they need. This puts your customer in control of their own experience, while still providing immediate assistance when needed across all support channels, creating that fast, relevant and engaging experience customers are demanding.

    EngageOne® Communicate

    Email and SMS are among the top four most desired channels customers expect from your organization, and with the new functionality in EngageOne Communicate 1.2 this is easier and more personalized than ever before.
