Hi There, 

Thanks in advance for your response.

I have two tables in mapinfo.1) PVC pipes 2) Power lines. Both are polylines and overlapping each other. 
Now I want to find out how many power lines id's are overlapped with each PVC pipes or each powerline overlapped with how many PVC pipes id's in a new table.

I have attached screen for reference. for reference and how output needs to be like.

Hi Venu,
I am assuming that all spatial information in both datasets are coincident.
I would use a simple SQL spatial query as shown below:
The only difference to the structure of the output you have specified is that Power6ab is above Power8ab.
