    The obvious:

    • Be kind, courteous, and respectful. Inappropriate content will be removed immediately. Repeated offenses may result in you being banned from the community.
    • Join the communities that you're interested in to participate.
    • Post and talk to people - looking for inspiration? Start a discussion about what you want to do. See someone else looking for help, and you know the answer? Offer your resolution.

     

    The slightly obvious:

    • Please fill out your profile. Let your peers know who you are, what you do, and what you're interested in.
    • Give feedback - we want to be sure we offer you the places to discuss what you want to discuss. Are we missing a chance for a community? Is there content that you'd love to see? Is something confusing or not resonating with you? Tell us more, we want to hear from you!

     

    The not so obvious:

    Please note, this community is not for Technical Support or Account assistance. If you have an urgent issue with your product or Precisely account, please contact the correct team using the Contact Us page for assistance.

     

    The hopefully unneeded:

    If a post in a community is inappropriate, flag it for review by our Moderators and Community Manager. Contact us immediately if you see any problems arise.

     

    Above all else:

    Have fun! This is your place to shine. Show off what you have created using Precisely Products, help others with questions you can answer, and ask for help from others who can help you if you get stuck. Find inspiration, new functions, and stay up to date through the points that interest you.
