    Greetings Community members,
     
    It's time for your monthly Community Update!
     
    This December has a lot of announcements here in the Knowledge Communities. First up, new versions of two of our products are now available: MapInfo® Pro v2019 has been released, and the MapInfo Pro community is full of information on what's new in this version. Spectrum™ Technology Platform v19 has also launched, and information on the latest features and updates to the platform is being added regularly.
     
    The next announcement is: Pitney Bowes Software and Data is now part of Syncsort. If you'd like to learn more about what that means, check out this page for more information.
     
    By the way, did you know that the Community's search is tied in with our Support Knowledge Base articles? That means there are lots of possibilities to find answers here in the Knowledge Communities when you search on the site - maybe you'll find a conversation with someone who has been in your shoes and you can learn how they resolved a problem. Or, you could discover that your question has been addressed by our support teams and a Knowledge Base article is there with all the answers for you. You'll always know when you've found an article when searching, as there will be a tag indicating where the link will take you:
