    Every now and then I will come across 'bugs' and glitches in MapInfo and was wondering the best way to report them to Pitney Bowes.

    Hi Jemima,

    1. Please email software.support@pb.com with the version of MapInfo Pro and latest patch installed as well as OS platform that is used.
    2. The steps for us to reproduce the problem or screenshot of error.
    3. A case number will be issued automatically, once you email us and we can check to see if there is a history of the behavior you describe and escalate accordingly on your behalf.
    4. Once we determine if it is a bug, we would give you a bug number and/or let you know if there is a work around or patch available.
