  • 1.  Cash Differences Exception Question

    A couple of users asked about limiting options for certain Exception Status Codes.  Specifically, for Status Code “R” items, they would like the “Resolved” button greyed out in the options at the top of the Exception Detail screen after an Exception is Taken by the user.  Steve unchecked the “R” box in the CD module > Access Rules > “Allow Editing When”, and that greyed out the Resolved button.  However, it also greyed out the Delete button as well, and they don’t want that. 

    Is there any way to remove the option to Resolve, while still allowing the option to Delete?

    Hi Felicia,

    Currently ER does not support the functionality you describe.

    That being said, if this is something the team is looking for moving forward I am happy to submit an enhancement request on your behalf.
