I have a graph, where I am only using Run Parameters. I had like 10 in the Run Params, but changed the entire graph to only require 1.

 Now, the old Parameters and their values keep re-appearing in the Parameters 1 tab... they are all purple colored, dont do anything, and wont go away. I clear them, hit save. They appear to be gone, but after I run it. They come back!

Not important, but driving me nuts!

I've seen that when you delete a parameter, then it appears in purple like you said. Normally wiping out what's in there removes the parameter itself also. In addition to that, try deleting the brp file associated with that graph and opening the graph. You will have to reenter your Run Parameters after you delete it though.
