ConfirmConnect: Reassignment of Jobs in the field

    Hi all,

    We at Confirm are developing a functionality to allow Jobs in the field to be reassigned to another officer using ConfirmConnect. This would be applicable to the Jobs that are not with a gang.

    To make this functionality optional, there will be system setting, switched off by default so that only if customers want to use this functionality, they can switch it ON. Also, the valid action officer list will be determined by the Action officer's data security in Confirm.

    This post is to solicit any comments or suggestions you may have.

    Hi Himanshu

    Can't say I've ever heard of the need for this from our users, but don't see any problem providing gang allocated jobs are excluded.
