In the East Riding we have Alerts set up for Streetworks. These can be set up to sent out an email to whoever you want giving the details you require.
If you have a read up in the Confirm Help Files it will give you an idea how to set them up (attached the SW Alert Set Up form Help).

Good Morning,
Our internal bridges team would like to be alerted for street works that are occurring on streets that are within a certain proximity of our bridges in the city. They have provided a list of streets they would like to be alerted to works on.
Our environmental team would also like to be alerted to all works that are happening at the weekend and any works overnight across all streets.
Is anyone able to advise the best way to set this up?
