    Hi all,

    Has anyone encountered this error before "Error occurred whilst calculating coordinates for the Job(s)" in Confirm Connect. This error only started to happen after we updated to Confirm Connect version 20.10.2.15099, the native container version is 20.20.1.15622.

    Please see attached screenshot.

    Any help to correct this error would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Kevin,

    This can sometimes occur when there is a lock in the Database.

    Take a look at this Knowledge Article, for more information - Troubleshooting SQL Server database deadlocks in Confirm (precisely.com)

    If this issue still persists, then please don't hesitate to raise this with Technical Support.

    Morning Steve,

     

    Thank you for this information, we have recently updated all our mobile devices to the latest version of Confirm Connect which seems to have rectified the problem.
