Future Fund is requesting more fine-grained control of search result ranking by asset category (business assets, technical assets, models, etc.) and by asset type (business glossary, reports, applications) based on user persona, user group, and by user.
Future Fund desires that certain asset types such as business glossary terms are elevated in search results and always returned first or else very high in the search ranking along with other relevant business assets. Allowing customers to customize search rank weights by asset type would allow customers to influence the order in which results are returned. This might be one option to consider to meet this enhancement request.
