Did someone respond to your thread with exactly the information you needed? You'll want to give them credit by marking their post as the Best Answer to your thread.
This also allows someone who comes later with the same question, to find the best answer quickly. Don't forget to help out your fellow community members by marking those Best Answers when they happen.
- On your thread, find the reply that is the best answer.
- Click on the down arrow next to "Reply Inline" and choose "Make Best Answer"
- Enjoy the feeling that you're helping future community members find answers fast.
