    The guide is here Spectrum Spatial Guide - Welcome (precisely.com)
    There is no Admin Console any more - so you will not find that.

    Ah I see that now all the SSA bit is integrated under the Spectrum Spatial Admin Guide, that's why I couldn't find it.
