  • 1.  Scale bar and scale is not proportional

    Hi!
    Im having problems getting the scalebar and scale to match when printing in SSA.
    Does anyone have som tips or solutions?

    Just to update my post with versions...
    This example is from 2019.1.0 with patches up to S08. 
    The same problem is also current in 2018.2.0 fully patched.

    Hi Joakim,

    This behavior has been noted via a case I worked on recently, where the Print settings/preferences where changing the output.

    When printing please verify the size settings are set to 100% and you are not selecting the fit to page option.

    The affected user found this to be the issue and requested an additional Information pop-up be added to alert users to check these settings.
    Please add a vote and comment if you find this Print settings are the cause of your issue.

    Hi Terry,

    The problem/error is already existing in the PDF that you get from Spectrum spatial. So the print settings doesnt matter in this case.
    If you look at my examples above, you can see that the scale doesnt match the scale bar.
