Get Feature Info from WMS Map Displaying Incorrectly

  • 1.  Get Feature Info from WMS Map Displaying Incorrectly

    I have added a WMS as a Business layer as shown below:

    ?When I click on a polygon the Get Feature Info displays the attributes skewed by 90 degrees as shown below:

    Are there some parameters I have missed setting in SSA?

    Has anyone else encountered this issue?

    Hi David , We couldn't see any image. Can you add the image in comments?

    The images didn't seem to "stick", I'll try again.

    1. I have checked the Get Feature Info box?.
    2. WMS layers are not available for InfoTemplates.

    @Abhiraj Satarate?, any plans to have the Template Designer support Feature Info from WMS-services?

    Template Designer is not supported for WMS layers. @Andy d'Andilly?  something to consider for future roadmap.

    Can anyone provide an update on whether version 2019 provides Template Designer support for  Feature Info from WMS-services

    Hi Janet,

    SSA version 2019.1 does not support applying custom templates to WMS feature info requests.

    I would really like to see something here too, currency we can only use WMS as a visual layer as the GetFeatureInfo is not readable.

    On the subject of Template Designer, with SSA 12.0 there was a very useful template named notSelectable.html which I used for symbol layers that did not need attribute display. This does not seem to be available now, is there a way I can emulate this instead of being stuck with DEFAULT which displays all columns?

    Although the query above re the notSelectable.html info template is still open I wish to close off the WMS Feature Info? display problem; it is displaying correctly after the SSA 12.2.1 upgrade. Thanks for everyone's input to date.
