    As mentioned, it's worth registering for the Client Portal so you can log and view all your and your colleagues' cases, as well as log product enhancement ideas and find knowledge.     Julia mentioned logging an enhancement idea via the Client Portal but it is also useful for you to see ideas other users have added.  There may already be one that would benefit you.  Voting for an idea shows the engineers how many people are interested in it and helps them decide whether to do the enhancement.
