Hi Nick,
the reason to get this error message it is that the zip file has been blocked when downloaded from an untrusted site.
The easiest way to resolve this issue is to follow these instructions:
- go to your what3words zip file
- right-click on the zip file and open the properties of the zip file
- Check the Unblock checkbox next to the message "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer" as it shown on the image below
- Click Apply and OK buttons
- Re-extract the contents of the zip file again and overwrite the existing file
Now you should be able to install the what3words plugin on mapinfo without any issues.
N.B. Make sure you uninstall any what3words plugins on mapinfo before reinstall it.
Please let me know if that was helpful.
Thanks,
Manuela

Sorry for being late to the party.
Do you still have issues using the what3words add-in, Nick?
What version of MapInfo Pro are you on?

Is this the latest version Nick?
Not that they do versions but there was a new release last month.
If you go to the Marketplace it should prompt you to update - if required.

Hi, I know there was a discussion about this app previously but couldn't see an answer. I downloaded the tool from the market place (and I have also registered for an API key). However when I run the mbx I get the following error message :
Any ideas?
Thanks
