    G'day from Downunder Down-Under,

    I am trying to run a procedure (mapbasic) to close the designer Layout and all associated duplicate layers etc when the user closes the designer layout window (Tabbed).

    I am currently employing "WinClosedHandler" however this only works if I use the right click "Close" option for the Designer Layout Window (Tabbed)

    If I use the "X" on the Layout Tab the WinClosedHandler does not seem to be calling?

    Any help appreciated

    If that's the case, I'd say it's a bug.
    Can you reach out to our support team to see if they can replicate and raise a bug.

    Best thing is if you can supply a very simple application that prints something to the Message window from the WinClosedHandler.
    In this way it should be possible to see if the print comes no matter how the window gets closed
