  • 1.  Map Window Jumps

    I first noticed this issue since upgrading to v 2019, and it still happens with v 2021. I'll have open a map window, table browser, Info box, Explorer box. I'll be doing work in the Map window and move the mouse to the Explorer to select one of the layers. When I click the layer in the Explorer box, the Map window will jump over to where the mouse pointer currently is as if I dragged & dropped it there. Super annoying as now I have to move the Map window back into position and go through the layer selection again. Does this happen to anyone else? Any thoughts on why this happens?

    Are your document windows (maps and browsers) floating or tabbed?
    I think you should raise this with our support team to get it logged. You can send an email to support@precisely.com.

    To answer the question, this happens when I am in floating or dockable mode. It does not happen when in tabbed.
