MapInfo Pro license activation Problem

  • 1.  MapInfo Pro license activation Problem

    Can someone help with my MapInfo Pro 2019 license activation problem?
    My maintenance time expired in June 2020. It means I can use MapInfo Pro 2019.2.
    When I reinstalled the software, I entered the customer number and serial number, but it could not be activated. I have to reinstall because my hard disk is damaged. I could not get a transfer license.
    Emailing for Manual Activation is not helpful.
    Please advise.

    Unfortunately I cannot contact to the support via your link.
    It shows:

    I used MapInfo & Discover for a long time started from 2001. I always upset that kind of license verification. Now my license MapInfo & Discover is useless.

    I have created a case and replied to the two email addresses we have on file for you.
    Please check your junk/spam folder for two emails from support@precisely.com and reply with the requested Serial Number details.

    If you are unable to see either email, please use the Reply Privately option in this thread with you Serial Number information.

    The Serial Number you passed on shows you are a Datamine client and I am unable to assist.

    Please be advised that technical support (including licensing) for this product is no longer being handled by Precisely (for a few years now) and you will need to contact Datamine directly to get this issue resolved.

    What I understand is all are under datamines when they handover from Pitney Bowes.

    Precisely is the ex Pitney Bowes Software and Data business, which develops and maintains MapInfo Pro and several other products.

    Our partner Datamine develops and maintains the Discover Suite that can be incorporated with MapInfo Pro.
    Discover was part of Precisely, the Discover Suite product was separated into their own company a few years ago i.e. Datamine.
    When this occurred, all Discover clients also moved to Datamine.
