    Hi H.H.

I'm not sure I completely understand what you are trying to do here.
Are you opening a base map into MapInfo Pro and now you want to convert elements from this base map into vector features that you can use in your analysis?

Maybe try adding a screenshot to illustrate what you want to do

    Hi Peter,

You are right adding pictures, should help to make my inquiry clear

Below is the input (online digital map) it can be of any types, just it should include cities Border routes as in below example

Target is to get Cities Border route in *.Tab file format, so I could further edit/ Color for my presentation
*below is just an example from different country

    Hi

There's no easy way to extract those boundaries from the base map.
You can of course manually draw the border on top of the base map using the Polygon tool and in this way capture the polygons.

You could also try to get the data from the OSM dataset. I haven't this myself so I wouldn't know how.

At Precisely, we also sell such datasets for most countries of the World.

    Just google: OpenStreetMap datasets
This will return numerous sites and instructions on how to download OpenStreetMap datasets.
You will then need to find a way to import parts of these datasets into MIPro format.
MapInfoPro v2100 can open *.PBF files from Open StreetMap via it's Open Table, File of Type: OGR format.
After opening these files you can change the styles, etc., use whatever attributes are present in the data, etc..
Base maps (BING, OSM, etc.) are served up as image tiles in MIPro, so not much use unless you want to use some kind of Raster to Vector convertor tool to scan these tiles and extract features from them.  You would then need to process the results, add attributes, styles, clean up polygons, etc.  It would be VERY time consuming and not pretty.

Sounds interesting. Now, if we could only get a serial number for that version 2021.
