    Hello
I am passing a project from oracle to postgis.
In the map_catalog table, when loading with Easy Loader, it has generated some fields (attached image) that are not in oracle. Are they necessary for its correct operation?

    Hi

    These are additional columns that have been added in newer versions of EasyLoader and are supported with newer versions of MapInfo Pro too.

    These fields tell MapInfo Pro to open the table with the specified extent when opening the table into a new map window. This has been implemented to avoid opening the table with a rather larger extent which would fetch a lot of data from the database if you are using a live connection.

    If the columns do not exist, MapInfo Pro will use some default values instead.
