Problem opening an important workspace

    Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction, I'm doing some urgent mapping of shielded patient lists and the workspace I used and saved to do the same work in Sept now comes up with this error and then hangs and won't open

    It seems to be the Mask application that creates the error.
    Can you try to shut down this application before opening the workspace?
